I was just wondering why it is easier for me to do a crunch when I have my arms straight out at my sides (not on the floor, but in the air straight out towards my feet) then when I have my arms behind my head? Also I find that I shake alot less when I do it that way, is it normal to shake? I can also get my shoulders farther off the ground with my arms straight out as well.... why is this? Thanks.
