He's doing a lot better now. The in law situation was very stressful (they're divorced and hadn't seen each other in 3 years) but it worked out ok. I crashed on my sister's 12 speed bike yesterday and, stupid me, has no helmet, resulting in 2 staples in my head. Guess I won't be biking for awhile. I am down nearly 20 pounds since July though! I don't know how to overeat anymore
