    I haven't figured out an exacted food plan. So far I have just cut out the junk food, and I have started walking. I have been reading up online about different diets, and I'm feeling lost. I'm not sure which one would be best for me. If you guys have any suggestion, I wouldn't mind hearing them.

    Cutting out the junk and exercising is a beautiful start. If you are looking for a specific plan that fits you, I would recommend you read the book 3 Fat Chicks. It is a wealth of information all packed in one volume. It doesn't have info on Sonoma as Sonoma is new, so in addition I'd do a lot of browsing in different forums.

    There is a plan for you. And lots of friends waiting to get to know you.

    drink lots of [B][U]water[U][B] and use portion control. eat lots veggies, less fat and fish. good luck. glen
  • Hi Yoplait , I to am new here and was searching the net for some encoragment in losing weight , I also dont really have diet plan as such but i am cutting back on the way i used to eat , i have though been trying the ultra slim shakes as a meal replacement once a day and even though my stomach thinks my throat has been cut it must be doing something i have lost 4 kgs but still have a long way to go , if you would like to be diet buddys with me that would be great ! , best of luck
