Behavior Goals - Week of 5/15

  • Okay, last week I did pretty good. But having this thread posted keeps me accountable...so here we go again

    1. Exercise at least 200 minutes MINUTES SO FAR: 60
    2. Drink 64 oz. plain water all seven days
    3. 3 or less grain servings a day

    MONDAY
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - 30 minutes
    grains - 3 servings
    TUESDAY
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - none
    grains - 3 servings
    WEDNESDAY
    water - 64 oz.
    exercise - 30 minutes
    grains - I think I had 4 today
    THURSDAY
    water - 32 oz. so far...
    exercise - If it's not raining, a 60 minute walk tonight
    grains - 3 planned
    FRIDAY
    SATURDAY
    SUNDAY
  • I'm in. I never get enough water in. 5/15

    Water: 20 oz so far
    exercise: 1/2 hr yard work
