Is it true that the average weight loss per week is only 2 lbs?!! Or, is there a good diet that will eleminate the fat faster, yet safe? I'm 182 lbs and 5'4" and struggling with my breathing when I lay down again. I had gone down to 174 but then I lost my job and, boom, on piled the weight in such a short time. I really need help!!
Is there a new goal group starting? I would love to join one. It seems that the companionship and common goal would be incredibly supportive.
