I'm new to the site...I signed up after lurking for a day or so...Everyone seems so supportive. I love that this site has weekly weigh-ins. I need that accountability! Is there anything like this for exercise as well?
I just seriously started this weight loss journey and am focusing on calories (through the Hilton Head Metabolism Diet) and exercise. My main battle is eating out of boredom or when food beckons me to the kitchen.
