Hi everyone!!

  • Hi all!!! I am new here. I am looking for some buddy's that I can talk to and get some ideas on how is the best way to proceed with this weight lose journey. I think this is a good way to motivate myself and to help motivate other people to get healthy. I have lost/gained/lost/gained weight over the years, as probably most of us have, and now it is time to lose the weight and keep it off for good. I am going to college and working so it seems like all I do is study or work. When I do have free time, I just want to veg on the couch. I need a kick in the butt so I will get off the couch and get some exercise. Any help or suggestions, just let me know.

    You will definitly find a lot of support and motivation here. All of the people here are great.
    Are you on a particular diet and exercise plan?
    I like have been on the weight loss roller coaster for years. I finally said let me off!!!!
    Me personally, I count calories and exercise.

    Thanks for replying. I am not on any particular plan. I am just trying to eat heathier and want to start working out. I have been on Weight Watchers before. I did good on it but after I quit going, the weight came back. On the exercise side, I would like to start walking. I do have a bunch of exercise videos. I need to get them out and dust them off. I have been going through some of the posts and reading them. Everyone sounds really great. We will have to chat sometime soon. Thanks again.
