My first decision was to give up sugar - not sugars like in fruit, but sugar as in sweets, sodas, etc. I was drinking a LOT of coke and eating chocolate and other sweets every day (often instead of meals). It is hard to admit that, but it is true. Here I am on day #4 and I am feeling horrible. I am so tired and my head is pounding and I want so badly to go to the little convenience store up the road and get me a Coke and a candy bar to ease this pain. WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO BE SO HARD.
I am an addict pure and simple and apparently this is withdrawal. How long before these headaches and the lack of energy subside?

Nothing will take it away.
