  • What are they? I am really new to this, and I need some help, it would be greatly appreciated.

  • In reality just non starchy veggies. You'll need to be a bit clearer in what you actually want to know.

There are some foods that at 1 serving are 0 points (1 serving of sugar free jell-o for example) but if you have more than 1 serving it will add up.
  • This list might be helpfull

  • how could 1 jello be 1 pt when 1 box is 40 cals?
  • i'm glad this was asked, I was curious too
  • Quote: how could 1 jello be 1 pt when 1 box is 40 cals?
1 serving of sugar free jello is 10 calories thus 1 serving is 0 points; 2 servings of sugar free jello is 20 calories and still falls as 0 points; 3 servings is 30 calories and falls as 1 point; 4 servings (the whole box) is 40 calroies and falls as 1 point. Make sense now?
  • yeah i thought it was the whole box for one point but someone said 1 serving is point. 1 point=50 cal. the jello is 40.
  • Sugar Free Jello is the best for snacking

I also always have a pot of 0 pt soup in my fridge!
  • If you pick up the WW Food Companion it lists points for a tons of different foods (and brand name items) - it really is a worthwile investent. I tuck mine in my purse or briefcase for a handy reference.
