I seem to do well all week and then blow it on the weekend. I'm sortta frustrated with myself. I did not post my menu to Fit Day all week either...so it's back to the routine today. Have a good week everyone.Lyn

But seriously, the weekends are harder for me, too. I never feel like cooking (I view cooking as a chore, and I shouldn't have to work so hard on my weekends!), so we end up eating out more often than we should. I also don't have the same structured schedule as I do during the week, so I end up eating at random times and not keeping track of everything...it gets messy. But, it's why we're here, right? We'll find a way through it!

has anyone tried the program at the back of the choice is mine book? I was converting it to a vegitarian diet but have not tried it yet I was just wondering what you all though of it?
