I would think a camping trip would be an exception to a diet.. to an extent. I mean obviously you aren't going to stuff yourself with all the bad stuff. But if it were me I would allow myself a little of this and a little of that. And then make sure to get in a nice nature walk or a walk along the beach if there is one. I wouldn't stress over it though, you should just enjoy the time and not worry a ton about what you eat.. as long as you are burning it off and throwing in some good stuff in between
