No finals for me this year, as I'm taking a year off from university to travel a bit. But I know very well what you're talking about.

And I know it'll sound silly with what you all have going on, but you know what they say: exercise is the first thing people tend to drop from their schedule when it gets too hectic/busy/stressful, while in fact it should be the last thing.
I know for myself that when I'm busy like that, I feel bad about exercising, thinking that I'm wasting valuable paper-writing and study time. But guess what? I never regret that afterwards, exercise helps me relax, regain focus, and I end up being more productive. Sure, it's probably not smart to do as much exercise during an exam week as during a relaxed week, but even a walk outside will go a long way.
