I have a question but i didnt know where to post it, here or the excercise forum..
My average daily caloric intake is about 1250 cals.. and i have lose 7lbs in 7 weeks..I want to lose a bit faster and would like to know wether i'll get into starvation mode if i go down to about 1000..
also if i excercise and burn about 200 cals a day.. does that mean my intake is like (1250-200).. and if i increase excercise will it be as if i consumed less cals and would i get into starvation mode?
I'm on Jorge Cruise's 3 hour diet but i'm counting calories and i'm going to stick to it for as long as i can.. but i desperatly need to lose around 18 lbs before June 15 coz i have an important occasion then.. any ideas what i could do?
I'm 5"3' and weigh 130lbs.. my weight goal is 112.. and don't excercise at all!
