My FIL takes all kinds of photos everytime I visit them, so unfortunately I have LOTS of full length shots of me! (But I refuse to share until I see a difference )

Understand that completely. I am starting to get use to pictures again. Once I am down to my realistic goal then maybe I will start taking full body shots. It would be nice to see the difference from then to my ultimate goal.
