Okay I can stick to my plan tomorrow because I am going to work! Today was fine - had subway for lunch and having sushi for dinner. Right on calories but I didnt get my water in.
I have lowered my calories for the next few days - no more then 1300!!!
So here is tomorrows plan:
B- 2 pieces of toast with some low fat cream cheese and slice meated; fresh orange and maybe a bit of fruit cocktail
L- salad with imitation crab meat, hot peppers, fat free ranch dressing... not sure what else I will have, maybe some carrots or a couple crackers...
S- fruit source bar
D- no idea, eating at my moms...
My Mom gets her 1 year chip tomorrow! I am so excited and so super proud of her! That means she hasn't had a drink in over a year! I am going to go with her to the treatment center to watch

Hope I can stay away from the cookies they have there! hehe I guess if my mom can make it without drinking - I can make it without cookies
