Good luck and nice to see you,,I am pretty new here also ,,,lots of nice people here,,,your small 10 goals are great and work best for me also,,,and of course putting it all on paper really helps me out ,,,,but have a hard time making myself do it,,,I do great for a while and then get lazy !!1

I agree that putting it on paper is important! I think it helped me to succeed yesterday!

So far I've lost 24.4lbs.
So i'm almost a 1/4 of the way to my ultimate goal. I think to me the first 25 have been the hardest. Usually by now I've given up. This time though, with support from my friends and family, and 3FC gang I'm doing this. I will not give up this time.
