Right there with ya, I feel like I'm going thru the withdrawls right now, headaches, big time cravings. Last time I tried to cut it out completely, the cravings and headaches seemed to only last about a week, but if I gave in, seemed to really, really prolong getting over it. I'm just about 3 days in without sugars or breads now. Sometimes some sugar free gum and a change of scenory really help me out. Hang in there!
