I am currently doing Weight Watchers to lose those last 10-15 lbs. Not much is happening and am losing VERY SLOWLY! I recently started weight training and cardio (again!!!) and seems like I am slowly gaining weight each week. Now I know that muscles retain water etc... but shouldn't I be seeing a difference on the scale by now? Unfortunately, Weight Watchers only acknowledges the number on the scale and I am going up!!!! My clothes don't feel any different and I am pretty sure I am eating enough. Just curious if it takes a month, 3 months a year or what???? I sometimes feel that no matter what I do I am just destined to hold on to this extra weight!!!

, maintained, this year so far nothing either... What I do know is that I am NOT honest 100% with my food intake AND I am not consistent. I'm good for 3 days bad for 4-5
... That will change this week
