The weather is absolutely beautiful here in south Florida so I have made my dog a promise to start taking him on longer walks!!!! Since I started my gym I haven't walked him as far.
We are going to Gatlinburg in May and I just discovered that our resort is at the top of a big hill and it is a 10 min. walk to the downtown tourist area. Well, that is 15 min. downhill and probably 30 mins. uphill for me!
Even though I am getting stronger from the exercise it is not walking, it really is different so I have 5 1/2 wks to get my body ready for all that walking.
So I think I might change my challenge goal a bit to include the walking.

What was I thinking???!!!
Jeesh! Today has been better. I do much better when I am at work. I am hungry, but I don't have any food here, so there is nothing I can do about it.
I had a yogurt for snack and chicken salad for lunch, so its not like I am starving myself. But there are no other snacks for me to get my hands on, so I will do better today.
