For the first time, since I started using my pedometer, I logged at least 10,000 steps a day, Monday through Friday!
That was/is my goal. 10K a Day, Monday through Friday (weekends are wildcards). For the last couple of weeks, I was able to get 4 out of 5, but not all 5. This week, I did it!
I'm most pleased because it's not something that "happened to" me; it is something I "caused" to happen!
I'm planning to make it to happen again next week!

I would just like to second Lena's invitation... 14 of us left Hopedale just this morning and you can still catch up to us anywhere along the path!!! It's a long walk and we need all the help we can get, even with Lena walking on Saturdays!!! So grab that cup of coffee and head on out!!! 
I am planning to redecorate my ticker at Springfield MA, LOL
