my name is leandra, i started at 268 , am now 258, i am only 5'2 so hope for a goal of 120 lbs, taking it 5 little lbs at a time. currently i am just counting calories and watching portion sizes and trying to exercise 30 mins 5 times or more a week but excercise is my biggest issue.
