Hello Guys,...errr......Gals....

After absorbing great advice from here, I managed to lose 10lbs.
I don't currently have any full body shots (which I regret not taking),but here's a photo of my before and during.

I think, if anything, I've managed to lose some of that awful double chin.

I still have another 20 or so to go but this was a great start.

This is embarassing, but here goes.....

There is so much support and wonderful ladies here.

I know how hard it is....but it is great motivation when someone says something nice and positive....It gives me drive to continue....
