  • Good morning!!! (Laurel got some sleep last night; the world is looking brighter)

    depends on lunch - so pretty much I don't think there will be dinner, maybe some veggies - later that evening...in keeping with my determination to eat according to hunger, I felt quite hungry this evening so i had...

    total: 29, but i still feel a little hungry, i think it's due to not sleeping enough, will wait 1/2 hour and if still hungry will be forced to have 1/2 cup of hc ice cream
