Hi, I just just started the Sonoma diet three days ago. I'm not crazy about fish but I think it has to do with not knowing how to cook it right. I also don't like really strong tasting fish. Could you tell me some good fish to try and how to fix it? I really would like to add it to my diet.

  • Tilapia is a wonderful fish. Dover Sole is also very good. Both mild.

If you look at the top of the forum here, you'll see a recipe section. Look through there for some recipes. You can easily substitute sole or tilapia for any of the salmon recipes that are listed as well.

    Enjoy.

Thanks, I'm going to start eating more fish. I do like Long John Silvers, but I don't think that is to healthy. HA! I'll keep trying until I find some I like.
