Hey everyone ;-) I'm new to this site, i'm hoping having the support of others will really help me out this time. I have about 75 lbs I would love to shed, i'm doing the low card diet but adding fruits and veggies, i'm hoping this works for me...i'm doing away with all sweets, sodas and breads, hopefully that will work!

I'm doing the slim-fast plan, finding it hard, as i've never dieted before, hence the need to shed so much weight!! But Welcome and Good Luck!!
