Talking New to this Site!
Hiya! I'm Gemma, and new to this site! Looking for people to help me out and show me the ropes! A little about me, I'm 24 married and have one son! I've got 84lbs to lose which seems so much, but i know with help, support and all the will power i can muster i CAN do it! Just looking for people to tell all my woes to, and vice versa and put the world to rights! Take Care! Gem x

Thankyou all for the wonderful welcome messages and words of encouragement! It's so nice to meet people in the same boat as me, and can't wait to find myself a buddy who i can share all my weight loss issues with and vice versa!

Hey everyone ;-) I'm new to this site, i'm hoping having the support of others will really help me out this time. I have about 75 lbs I would love to shed, i'm doing the low card diet but adding fruits and veggies, i'm hoping this works for me...i'm doing away with all sweets, sodas and breads, hopefully that will work!

Well, as you can see i'm the new one also here! I have 84lbs to lose (wow it hurts just to say it!) Lol, and would love to share the experience with anybody willing to listen!! I'm doing the slim-fast plan, finding it hard, as i've never dieted before, hence the need to shed so much weight!! But Welcome and Good Luck!!
