What body part?

  • When you started to lose weight...what body part did you notice the weight loss first?

    As far as just losing weight, I seem to notice weight loss in my chest first. I'm not sure if this is good or bad But as far as weight training and toning...I saw the difference in my abs first.
  • My face.
  • My chest, definately my chest! I've gone down a cup size and am nowhere near my goal.
  • My arms. I noticed actual DEFINITION in my arms a few weeks ago. Since then, I can't help but touch them all the time. That sounds weird, doesn't it?
  • My ribs, just under the bra band.
  • My legs...I got jeans that look like sacks now...lol
  • I noticed it in my face first. Here is a before picture of me - I had the ROUNDEST face! I have cheekbones now, it's so cool!

  • well, by looking at my body, even after losing 18 pounds, i can't see a difference. but i would say my most noticed area of weight loss would be my stomach because of the fact that my pants were fitting too tight and now they are much more comfortable. even a little room between them and my belly, just not enough to move down a size. i also took a picture of me the other week and actually noticed my face did not look quite as round. it actually was looking alittle more long than round. so that was my second spot to notice. other that.....none....so far. but the journey is just beginning.

  • I would say my waist and thighs. My pants are VERY slouchy. I am starting to notice in my face and neck. I still need some work on my arms and stomach area.
  • Definitely my arms! Even when I was not seeing the difference in any other part of my body, my arms were slimming down. I now have actual definition and the beginning of a visible muscle! I'm wearing a sleeveless dress to work today!
  • 100% in my butt! I don't have much of a butt to begin with, but now when I buy pants that fit in the waist, there's always all this extra, bunched-up material at the bottom of my butt

    Others can always notcie it in my face first. I think this is because I don't wear very form-fitting clothes, so it's harder for others to notice changes in my body when I'm always wearing baggy stuff
  • My back fat was one of the first areas to really tone down, and my shoulders (my collar bones poked out fairly early and look really bony now while I still have lots of fat further down).

    And my boobs virtually disappeared. I was never huge, but now I struggle to fill an A cup
  • I can't really remember, but I actually started to like my mid-section which was a huge UCK before ... so that was the most memoriable place. The most disappointing was the chest - had to downsize my bras. This time around I am really hoping for the core body ... that is where I need it most.
  • After my first child when I was trying to lose weight, the first place I noticed was my earlobes and toes. Wierd, huh.
