As far as just losing weight, I seem to notice weight loss in my chest first. I'm not sure if this is good or bad
But as far as weight training and toning...I saw the difference in my abs first.

I've gone down a cup size and am nowhere near my goal.

i also took a picture of me the other week and actually noticed my face did not look quite as round. it actually was looking alittle more long than round. so that was my second spot to notice. other that.....none....so far. but the journey is just beginning.
