    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and 1/2 cup homemade applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Eggbeater omelet (no oil) FF cheddar/turkey sausage (points)/avocado/salsa; fruit cup with orange/grapes/strawberries

    Snack: Gala Apple with 2T Smukers natural PB (points)

    Dinner: Core Cornmeal chicken, Core oven fries with healthy oil

    lunch: tuna on 1pt. eng. muffin--made with ff mayo and celery and onion
    dinner: meatloaf and sweet potato and peas
    snack: apple, popcorn, strawberries and ffmilk
