hello everyone,
i,m posting this because , here i am thinking how hard-
exercising is..... god forbid the journey is hard. i've started walking again.
every bone in my legs hurt. but i will keep pushing on... i want to thank each of you that have replied to my first post. it means so much to me that i have someone or any of you that i can reach out to. i pray and wish the best for each of you . hope to hear from you soon.


Your body will become stronger as you move more, and you'll be amazed how much better you'll feel later! Your body will even start to crave the exercise after a while. Just don't give up!
