I need a serious kick in the butt

  • I've been following the program "in my head" instead of journaling it, and my loss has stalled. I just know that because I'm not keeping an accurate accounting of what goes in my mouth, I'm taking in too many points each day. I have to start TODAY in keeping track. I'm only a 20-pointer, so if I screw up, it really does make a difference.
