Hello Im new. I have been dieting since 1/9/06 and so far have lost 27lbs. before you jump all over me, Im on phentermine, I eat between 1200-1400 cals a day, work out for 60 minutes 7 days a week, and only drink water.
I do tai fit workouts one week then the next I do my treadmill. I find that if you switch up work outs you see better results faster.
How are all you doing on your diets?
