Morning to all!
After another bad weekend, it's all good from here on out. I'm gonna do 2 LC Slimfast shakes one for breakfast and one for lunch then a decent supper. I did real well like that before and think that is what I need to do again for awhile. Especially w/this apprenticeship that I am doing right now + just the regular family life. I hope everyone is doing good and that everyone is doing good. Exercise will be some reverse stomach crunches and some bike time tonight. Have a good & OP day friends!




Why does the weight come back on so much faster than it goes on???????? I dont have the heart to change my siggy, so I think I'll wait until I get the first week of induction under my belt before I change it.
