    Going for an average of 27 points per day and see if I maintain. Last week I averaged 28 points and either stayed the same or lost 1 pound (my inaccurate scale).

    I've been under a good deal of family stress lately and have not been sleeping well. I seem to be taking it out on food stuff - especially at dinner - the last 3 days. So I just want to put it out there - that I don't want to slide back into old habits.
