hey all I need recepie ideas that dont involve dairy. Im allergic so that limits what seems like everything. Im sick of eating salads and bland sanswiches. Any suggestions to spice things up!?
Are you vegan? If so some of these recipes won't help.
Fruit smoothies with tofu or vanilla soy protein powder.
Veggie burgers with low-carb barbecue sauce (KC masterpiece brand)
Seasoned Baked potato wedges with low-carb barbecue sauce.
Soy noodles (buy online Shirataki brand I think) with chicken broth and a parsley flakes for "homemade" top raman.
Homemade soups
Lots of meat! Meat is fitness godsend if you eat it. There is so much to do and eat with meat and a few condiments.
Do you like Asian cuisines at all? They rarely use dairy, and they're very flavorful.
What about a Chinese stirfry? It can be any combo of meats or veggies you want, in a mild hoisin sauce or a gingery, fiery Szechuan sauce. Or an oyster sauce...
There are a bazillion curry-style dishes from India and Thailand that use no milk, though some do, so check the ingredients.
If you're not familiar with these cuisines, find a Chinese or Indian restaurant with a lunch buffet so you can sample several dishes at once. Oh, I'm getting hungry!
