Yay! I exercised today! February 2006

    This morning I did 20 minutes of yoga

    add a 30 minute walk at lunch time to that -it was nice to be outside, felt kind of spring-like
  • Wednesday: 30 minutes treadmill
  • Tuesday: 1 hour aquacize, 30 minute walk
    Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 min walk
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Thursday- Drank my water, took my vitamins and exercise for 25 minutes with video
    Friday- Drinking my water, took vitamins, exercised with video, lifted weights and worked abs.
    So far so good.

  • I did my 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds tape today.
  • aw man this thread is making me feel bad I did sweet fa today but in my defence I have an exam tomorrow I normally walk between 4-6 miles a day so i shouldn't feel too bad about having one day off right
  • Ran 2.5 miles on the elliptical machine at the gym. One of these days, I vow to run a faster mile than my husband!
  • Sunday: 1 hour climbing hills on the hotel treadmill.
  • Monday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Monday: 2 miles on elliptical machine, 3.5 mile bike ride.
  • Monday 90 minute walk
  • Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 45 minute walk
  • Tuesday- Did my free weights, some bench presses and had a 1hour walk
  • catching up...
    Wednesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
    Thursday: 45 min. walk
    Friday so far: 1 hour bike ride
