  • This week the hubby and I have gone for a good uphill walk approx 15 mins + 30 mins weight training Wed, Thurs, Fri and today.

    Plus there was some wood moving/cutting too.
  • Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
    Sunday: 45 minute walk
    Monday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Monday: wieght lifting legs
  • Saturday: 30 minutes of yoga, 40 minute walk with DH
    Sunday: 30 minutes of yoga
    Monday: 30 minutes of yoga- 30 minute walk at lunch
    Tuesday: 30 minutes of yoga - 30 minue walk at lunch
    Wednesday: 20 minutes of yoga, 30 minute walk at lunch

  • Thursday: 40 minutes of bellydancing
  • Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
    Sunday: 1 hour walk
    Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
  • Today: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour walk
  • Thursday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 minute walk
    Skipped the pool again. Gotta stop doing that!
  • Saturday - 30 minute walk
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 30 minute walk at lunch time this week
  • Friday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour walk
    Saturday: 1 hour aquacize
  • Monday: 1 hour bike ride, 30 min walk
  • Uni and back 4 1/2 mile brisk walk.
  • Tuesday: 1 hour bike ride, 1 hour aquacize
  • Friday-3.5 miles on my bike
    Saturday-4.0 miles on my bike
    Sunday-Wasnt going to do it but...2.5 miles on my bike
    Monday-3.0 miles on my bike
    Tuesday-took off from the bike but... Walked around campus for 20 mins
    Wendsday- about to jump back on the bike and do 3.5 miles GO ME WOOO HOO....
