What are your fitness/health goals? Be Healthy and more comfortable in my body.
What was the "trigger" or incident that made you decide it was time to lose weight and become more fit? I was almost back up to my delivery weight of 237, and my husband and I were both going to be quitting smoking 1/17/06 (We have YEAH)!
What do you struggle with the most on this journey to health? Binge eating. Or over eating: I'll be full, but it tastes so good.
What are three things in the area of diet/exercise you need to improve? Binge eating and over eating.
(Evil motivation ) Who do you want to look better than? : Myself when I graduated from Hightschool. I weighed 215 when I graduated and I've been down to 170 prior to marriage. My goal is 190, smoke-free, and good healthy diet.
What can you not wait to wear when you are at goal weight or size? A brand new teddy that my hubby & I are going to pick out!
