. I have one 'getting healthy' buddy that I meet at the Y on Mondays only, and stay in touch via e-mail the rest of the time. I do understand life can get in the way. This is your LIFE. I have a 1 year old and I want to be the best example to her of what healthy is and being 229 (was 235 just 2 weeks ago & also smoked then) isn't a healthy example. So I quit smoking Noon today two weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds. I am on my way to being healthy. Nett
