  • I had my BEST walk/jog time ever! I beat my best time of yesterday!!!! 4.5 miles in 50:56 minutes-over a half minute better than yesterday!!!!!
  • Froggie's Been a Hoppin'!
    Mon - ran 2.5 miles in the a.m., did Ab Fitball workout in the p.m.

    Tues - Yoga for athletes video in the a.m.

    Wed - Ran 3 miles in 31 minutes

    Thurs - Ab Fitball workout

    Fri - Yoga for athletes video

    Sat - Ran 6 miles in 1:09!!!

  • Sunday-swam 35 minutes vigorously
    Monday-ran 2 miles
  • TUESDAY
    Only was able to do 2.5 miles due to time constraints, but better than nothing!
  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles of plain ole walking, no jogging-was going to take the day off but asked myself WHY?
  • THURSDAY
    Walked/jogged 4.5 miles in 51:15
  • FRIDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles in a 1hr 20 seconds-just 2 small jogs in there today-legs felt heavy
  • Tuesday-Tai Bo 35 minutes
    Wednesday-rest day
    Thursday-roller bladed 4 miles
  • Tuesday:

    Did 4 miles on SB - just a leisurely pedal while I was reading my book.

    Wednesday:

    A.M. Repeat of above.

    P.M. 6 miles on SB.

    Thursday:

    A short jaunt on my new bike.

    5 miles on SB.

    Friday:

    A ten minute bike ride before work this morning.

    A twenty minute ride this evening.
  • Friday-2 mile walk
    Saturday-tons of yard work
  • SUNDAY
    Walked/jogged 4.5 miles

    Total for the week: 25 miles
