I'm getting into my groove with the husband gone. Now I am ready to really put the effort into losing the weight. My biggest obstacle is emotional eating. But I am working on that. And not buying foods that I binge on. (Chips
)My body feels good after the exercise. I look forward to going again tomorrow.
I have also been doing strength training at home.
