    Since I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, I thought I would concentrate on measurements.

  • HELP - I can't find the original thread with the point values. Sorry I'm not very good at getting around these pages.
    I walked 4miles on the treadmill I could not go outside because It snowed like crazy today - 2 hour comute
    Had 2 very healty meals (Have to make dinner now - should be healty - but I'll let you know)
    and drank 4 bottles of wate (.5L each)

  • 1 point per 2 litres of water which makes me wonder about girl yorkie (6 litres of water in a day???)

    1 point per 20 mins exercise
