    You hang in there also. You are doing great and things are starting to fall into place for you. Keep moving forward and you will keep doing great.

    Today is my off day for plan. But starting tomorrow I am right back on plan. It works when I do it so I am sticking with it this time no matter what.

    Remember girl stick with your plan. You will have a loss next week I am sure of it. It may have done you good to miss weigh in this week seeing that you were off plan most of the week.LOL Stick with it and don't get off it only on sunday and you will do great this week.

  • Hi Ladies! It's me......lol. I have put up a challenge against another girl at TOPS to lose 7.5 pounds by August 16th. It is 1.5 pounds a week. I might make it or I might not but at least I will be closer to it than I am now. I had to do something to get in control of my life and now I did. I have to have some sort of challenge to help me stay focussed. I was always one of those kids who did it when my mom told me not too.......lol LOL

    So I need your strength to make it. I think 7.5 pounds will put me in the 160s!!!! I can't believe it. I have not been in the 160s in over 3 years! At least. But in five weeks I will be.

    I have already did the exercise bike 20 minutes which is a change for me. I like it! And I am starting on my water. I am going to make it through this day on plan and on to the next. ~~~~!!!!!!!!

  • Hi ladies! Glad to here all is well for the most part. All is going good with me. AStaying on Program an taking it one ay at a time. I have been making some new recipies to liven things up. Monday will be my first weigh-in.

    Thanks everyone for the encouragement,

    Its halfway thro the week for me and Im plugging away, Me and MR FISH, SALAD and FRUIT.I love em...and FABIO,lol I cant beleive hes not butter.
    Everyone is doing so good, and I appreciate the motivation that helps me get thro those hard times when no one loves me except pecan and pralines.
    Heres hoping everyone a good week and pounds down.
