  • Thursday projection - trying to plan ahead ... It really helped with Wed. eve... knowing where I wanted to end up pointwise kept me really focused during dinner so that I actually was able to bank 2 points from yesterday!

    Dinner Plan -
    Simple Roasted Pork Tenderloin 4 oz (again) we bought a bunch on sale - 6 points
    Bok Choy w/ 1/2 tsp of oil - 1/2
    Sliced Roasted Potatos w/ dill - 2 pts
    1/2 tsp Oil for potatos- 1/2
    fudgecicle - 1

    Water - at least 32 oz
