Im from the west midlands in the UK. I have been trying to loose weight now for about a year.
I have been watching what i eat seriously over the last few months (from septembet) and have been doing exercise - for example bike riding and running.
However all Ive lost is a half a stone. My ideal target would be to loose two or three stone by the summer.


Maybe you need to drink more water? or increase your exercise? I know when I haven't lost any weight in awhile, I need to increase my exercise program....longer and sometimes, something different.
I care about people and have seen one person in my family, (my mom) with an eating disorder almost die from eating 1 meal a day.eventually, she would only drink water & juice & soda's.
