I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.
If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? You can do this by clicking on the button for Amazon on any page in the forum, or by clicking on the button on the main 3FC page at www.3fatchicks.com . A portion of your purchase price will be given to 3FC by Amazon. It doesn't increase your price at all, but it does help out 3FC. Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.
There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!!!

I hadn't noticed. Anyway, looking down at my chest, which was almost up to my chin at this point, I commented that at least it was nice to have my hooters high enuf for once that I didn't have to shout for them to hear me. Silly man
he thought that was hysterical. The corset part really does help secure my ribs though. It makes it much easier to reach things on the floor or cough. I just wish they hadn't put all those wire things in there that poke 10 places every time I move.
(I'd have probably wussed out anyway with these ribs,) but I DID go to the track again.
... but I kept my heart rate in a good place & I feel great.

have lost at least 4lbs, though I don't officially weigh in 'till Monday am. Yesterday I had a bad tummy but I think it was the fact that I am eating whole foods, lots of veg and a fresh veg or fruit juice each morning, so I was expecting a bit of trouble with such a radical change to my eating habits. I exercised for the first time this year too
