  • MONDAY
    Walked (no jogs) 4.5 miles
  • Sunday 18 holes of golf, mowed front and watered front yard.
    Monday mowed back yard and did yard work.
  • Monday :

    A.M. - 3 miles on SB/13 minutes

    P.M. - Badminton
  • Today is rest/planning day.
    Monday-rest
    Tuesday-30 min Tae Bo
    Wednesday-Full body weights & 2 mi run
    Thursday-Roller blade 4 miles
    Friday-Full body weights & 30 min swim
    Saturday-3 mile run
    Sunday-Fun exercise with kids.
  • 22 minutes treadmill

  • TUESDAY
    Didn't feel like walking at all, but got my butt out there and did 4.5 miles, no great times, but at least I went
  • Tuesday

    Did 4 miles on SB/20 minutes. Rate was a bit slower than yesterday but I was reading while biking. And did 1 mile more than yesterday.
  • WEDNESDAY
    Was going to take the day off, figured it was WIW and since I weigh in before I walk, I said to myself, take off (plus I threw in the fact it was hump day)-but my alter ego told me that I felt good this morning, why take off, take off when you feel yucky!

    Sooo, I did my 4.5 miles with 15 jogs in 54:38
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 18 jogs in 52:57 minutes

    Monday - ?
    Tuesday - 2 miles
    Wednesday - total body workout with fitness ball (fb)
    Thursday - rest
    Friday - 2 mile run and ab workout with fb
    Saturday - Ran 5.5 miles
  • SUNDAY
    BEST WALKING/JOG TIME EVER!!!! I did my usual 4.5 miles in 51:30 - beat my other best time by half a minute!!!

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
