Morning Ladies!!!
Wow, it sounds like alot of us are being challanged with our weight loss journey. I have no wise words of wisdom right now, other than NEVER GIVE UP, because I am having a hard time also. Don't know what, but something has me very compulsive right now with food. I totally need to refocus and am going to start a thread for 'one weekly goal that I will do'. It has been a long time since there has been one and this seemed to keep me on track and just focus on one main thing without stressing about a lot. One little step at a time gets us to the end of our journey.......
Sherri, you have tried so hard and I am sorry to hear of your gain. Possibly muscle weight?????? I think you are smart to get back to your 123 plan. Sounds like you have been grasping for different things and I think this may have thrown you way off. I know what you mean about not telling people that you like that you want to quit cleaning for them. Doesn't sound like it's too frequent of a job so it still might work out OK.
Eleni, I know where you are coming from right now and I feel so confused and frustrated with myself and that just makes me want to eat more. What a horrible cycle we are on. Let's take each others hand and guide each other in the right direction. That goes for all of us struggling.
Christie, yes, maintaining KOPS is very difficult but we need to take some nice deep breaths ........ and remember that we did do this and we are capable of of keeping it.
Cbabe, I haven't formally greeted you so...WELCOME TO OUR GREAT GROUP!!!!!!!! These ladies are some of the nicest in the world. Very caring souls and that IS what TOPS is all about. Keep up the good work you have done so far.
Penny, good luck on the house and glad that your scale is being kind to you. Take care of you........
Stepanie, every time I see our pregnant member, I think of you since you both are due at the same time. Keep eating well for you and your babe!
Oh boy, I know I'm forgetting others. I am going to have to start making 'cheat sheets' from the other threads so I can remember names and facts mentioned.
Finally got the stat sheet from our SRD in Colorado. Our queen lost 82# and king 25.50#'s. There were only 6 graduates but they lost a total of 191.25#'s!! We have 2104 members in our state and for 2000, we lost 9,817.75#'s. One of our division winners lost 145#'s last year alone!!!! That is alot of weight and I hope she will be able to maintain it.
Just thought you all would like to know that we too can add to all of our states losses. Have a wonderful start to your weekend and again, NEVER Give up and on that note, I give you all....
....TOPS Hugs,
Summer

Will post individually after work.....
It's getting harder and harder to get around alot without hurting.
I'm SO proud of you!!! Keep up the good work!!
But my blood pressure was good and I hadn't gained any weight so that was good. I'll start going back every week now. It's getting close!!
