Hello ladies,
I have been on and off, on and off and I am ready to get busy. I enjoy reading the posts here and you guys are great. I am ready to get with it. I do need some help on recipes. Do you all know of some great websites that have good, easy recipes for the 3 hour diet? When is the next weigh in? I am started today at 161. I also read in one of the posts that you guys were going to do another challenge in January. I would love to do it. I will also post my bio.
