  • Walked at Wal Mart...and it only cost me about $30! I got in over 3k steps for about 1.5 miles.
  • Monday- 25 min treadmill and 25 min elliptical
  • Come on all you exercisers..where you at ??

    Tuesday- 25 min slim in 6/ 30 min upper body weights
  • I went on treadmill for 30 minutes. I stopped after that I wanted to go for 60.
  • Good job Ultra!! work up to..youll be doing 60 in no time!

    Wed- Because of snow and freezing rain , couldnt get to my step class tonight so I did 1 hour of watp express/4 miles
  • Thurs- 25 min slim n 6 / 30 min upper body weights
  • 1.5 mile walk in the freezing rain. It actually felt good!
  • friday- 30 min Callanetics
  • Sunday: 2 mile walk. And the sun was shining! Woo hoo! PLUS, I did the last block and a half barefooted. (Tom does the whole walk barefooted...I took my shoes off due to the fact they were getting really uncomfortable)
