SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Discouraged!!

  • Stayed Op all week - used all but 6.5 of my flex, drank my water and scales show a gain of 5lbs this am!!!!


    I am beginning to think this last 8-10 lbs will never go away!!!!

    my body just wants to do the yo yo yo yo!!!!!

  • What did you do differently this week than weeks in the past?

    Did you eat out more or eat more processed foods --- sodium?

    Did you enjoy a few more drinks --- alcohol dehydrates?

    Did you change up your exercise routine --- muscles retain water with changes?

    Did you still follow the 8 Great Health Guidelines and one of the PointsPies --- the close you get the more these can come into play?

    Are you still weighing and measuring?
